REGISTRATION IS NON-REFUNDABLE

Below you will find a list of the registration options for the weekend. Please complete this registration form appropriately and submit by 3/21/25. Remember, there should be at least one adult for every 5 children. Adventurer Ministries is a family club. Therefore, staff/parents/guardians are expected to control their children at ALL TIMES.

• Option A: Full price WEEKEND payment covers lodging for two nights (4 per room), materials, the event patch & six meals. This rate is intended for Adventurers (all six classes) and Staff Members.

• Option B: Reduced price WEEKEND payment covers lodging for two nights (4 per room), & six meals. This rate is intended for siblings (younger than 4 or older than 9) as well as parents who are not participating in activities.

• Option C: Full price SABBATH payment covers, materials, the event patch & three meals. This rate is intended for Adventurers (all six classes) and Staff Members.

• Option D: Reduced price SABBATH payment covers three meals. This rate is intended for siblings (younger than 4 or older than 9) as well as parents who are not participating in activities.
